I am sprawled beneath a totaled red sedan, as a result of a disastrous collision

I'm lying on my back underneath a wrecked red sedan, due to a severe car accident. The sedan is damaged beyond repair, with dented panels, shattered windows, and twisted metal. Bits of shattered glass from the windows glimmer nearby. The car’s wheels are skewed to one side, a clear indication of the impact from the accident. The red paint of the sedan is marred with scratches and smudged with black soot. The air is filled with the acrid smell of burnt rubber and engine oil. The once bustling surroundings are now eerily quiet, save for the occasional sirens in the distant background.
