I am lying under a car due to a fatal collision with an automobile!

I'm underneath a wrecked red sedan car due to a catastrophic head-on collision. The vehicle has a crushed front from the impact, its windshield shattered into a thousand pieces. The scene is illuminated by the flashing blue and red lights of nearby emergency vehicles. The asphalt road under me is dark and cold, studded with shards of glass and fragments from the wrecked vehicle. A silver moon shining bleakly overhead provides a minimal amount of light.
