Ijsselmeer polder

A serene landscape of the Ijsselmeer polder in the Netherlands during the late afternoon. The vast expanse of flat agricultural land, broken intermittently by drainage ditches. The sky is awash with streaks of pastel oranges and pinks as the sun begins to set, casting long shadows from the lone windmill standing sentinel over the fields. A few grazing sheep dot the green fields and a narrow asphalt road stretches towards the horizon. The still surface of the Ijsselmeer can be seen on the far end, reflecting the colors of the sky.
