Shaquans head is stuck in a balloon

Shaquan's head is encased in an inflated, translucent balloon. His features are slightly distorted due to the contour of the balloon, but his eyes, nose and mouth are recognizable. His hair is flattened against his scalp and his ears are pressed to his head. The balloon encasing his head is pulsating lightly from his breaths.
