Shaquans head is stuck in a balloon

Shaquan's head is encased in a large, transparent helium balloon. His facial features are clearly visible against the stretched latex of the balloon, as if pressing against an invisible barrier. His eyes, nose, and mouth are seemingly squashed. His hair is flattened against his scalp due to the tightness of the balloon around his head.
