Shaquans head is stuck in a balloon

Shaquan's head is encased in a translucent, oversized, round balloon. The balloon, having a tinge of iridescent sheen, sits snugly around his forehead, with his facial features distortedly visible through the material. His hair touches the interior surface of the balloon while the rim of the balloon is stuck tightly to his neck, leaving no room to escape. His puzzled gaze can be seen, surrounded by the stretched latex of the balloon.
