Shaquans head is stuck in a balloon

Shaquan's head is encased in a large, round, transparent balloon. His facial features are visible, his eyes are wide open in surprise and his mouth slightly agape. His tight curly hair is slightly flattened by the balloon's interior surface. The balloon is so big that it covers his head wholly, right down to the base of his neck. The balloon's elasticity gives it a sheen that shimmers under the light, giving a distorted yet readable view of Shaquan's face. There
