Shaquans head is stuck in a balloon

Shaquan's head is encased in a transparent, inflated helium balloon, almost floating, his face is pushed up against the clear material, his eyes wide with surprise. The balloon is large, it encompasses his entire head, distorting it slightly but you can still recognize him. His lips are slightly parted in awe, but no sound is escaping.
